Learning to sew

I always wanted to sew clothes for me. Now for my daughter, too.
I decided to make shorts for me.

The first peer was difficult.

After this peer I made another two.

It was an adventure for me, but it worked.
I must persevere, the beginning was hard.

A new granny square bag

Peach pancakes

Yesterday I made pancakes for my family.

Ingredients:
275 ml milk
1 egg
130 g wholemeal flour
60 g brown sugar
4 peaches
strawberry jam
oil for frying

In a bowl whisk the milk and the egg together, then gradually add the sugar and the flour and whisk well until you have a smooth batter.

Put the peaches cut in cubes.

Next, in a frying pan, one tsp oil. Once hot, spoon in a small ladleful of the batter and maintain a small round shape. I tried but I couldn't make it round.

After 1-2 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for the same amount of time.

Put some strawberry jam and serve.

They are delicious.
